 "How do we raise girls who know themselves, trust themselves, and can navigate this world with confidence and compassion?" 

 I didn't set out to start an organization. I set out to answer a question that kept me up at night:

Why are we teaching girls everything except how to understand themselves and others?

We teach them math, science, reading, writing. We teach them to code, to lead, to achieve. And those things matter—they really do.

But who's teaching them to name their emotions? To navigate conflict? To ask for what they need? To repair relationships when things go wrong? To trust their own voice? I remember my own adolescence—feeling everything intensely but having no language for it, no tools to navigate it. I didn't want that for my daughters.  That pushed me to learn and heal.

As an educator, I watched brilliant girls struggle—not because they weren't smart or capable, but because they didn't have the emotional tools to handle the complexity of being human.  I watched mothers desperately trying to connect with daughters who were pulling away, not knowing how to bridge the gap.  I felt that ache. And I knew something had to change.
